Anna Silk is a Fredericton native and the child of Peter Silk, who was an academic. Her mother, Ilkay Silk, had many talents, including being able perform, direct and produce plays, as well as write them, teach, and be Director of Drama for St. Thomas University. Her father is from Britain as does her mother, who is a "Turkish English-Cypriot expat." Anna's earliest memories involve attending rehearsals for plays as well as watching her mother's work. She appeared in many commercials when she was a child. Anna moved out of Toronto in 1999 to Los Angeles in 1999. Seth Cooperman, whom she had met in a Los Angeles actors' workshop back in 2007, became her partner in 2009. Anna was changed her religion to Judaism and married Seth Cooperman in Fredericton. Bo's love affair with Lauren who was played by Zoie Parker, was included on CNN's list of the Top TV Couples from all time and voted E!'s top Television Couple in 2013. Entertainment Television. Anna's popularity on the internet grew thanks to the success of the show.
