
Beverly Lumbres Caimen was born June 20, 1994 [1] and is known by her mononymously as Beverly. She is a Filipino performer who is based in Japan under the AvexTrax label. She is famous for her numerous soundtrack appearances such as "Be the one", in Kamen Rider Build, and "Koko" (Pokemon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle). Beverly Caimen, the third of three children born to Ramon Vega Caimen, Leticia Valdez Lumbres, and Leticia Caimen, was born the 20th of June, 1994 in Calamba (Laguna, Philippines). She had a brother and two sisters. Beverly started singing at age 5 when her mother sent her to school, and she discovered she had a talent for it. At the age of 7 she joined her school's chorus. She began her voice lessons at nine when her mom had time. At this point, she participated in her first singing contest, however, she didn't take home the prize. Her mother encouraged her to keep going since she felt that she required more knowledge. She graduated from Batangas State University with a B.S. in Psychology. Beverly began singing in amateur contests , pursuing her goals. She was awarded first place at the World Championships of Performing Arts. There she recorded songs for GMA Records, and collaborated with Vehnee Saturno. This time she came out with Beverly Caimen, her first and only album for GMA. Beverly was nominated to win the Best Performance by Awit Awards and received the Harvest of Honors award of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts. She also received the A Song of Praise Music Festival year-long award for Best Performance.
